Neuro Tide’s detailed and comprehensive audits cover areas such as:

  • Across your communication with colleagues and customers in paper, digital and also verbal form, these mediums, and any others are explored to establish what is impairing neuro-inclusion

  • Here we assess how your values, goals and behaviours are neuro-inclusive, including the written and unwritten rules. Within, as an organisation, what you say, think and do is assessed. Each rule and policy that affects and influences these will be looked at.

  • We explore all interactions at all different stages of the relationship, whether it be onboarding or a complaint etc, to assess the suitability of the current practice in relation to neuro-inclusion.

  • We assess senior leadership and line managers to establish what is impairing neuro-inclusion as well as highlighting what is being done well. We will help you to develop a neuro-inclusive leadership model within your organisation.

  • Whether it be food, vehicle parts, clothing, or something else, we assess the elements that impair inclusion for your neurodivergent colleagues. It may be the process, a particular role, machinery, the assembly process, training or something else. We learn about your needs and we then help you become the most neuro-inclusive you can be.

  • We observe these events to assess their neuro-inclusivity and of course to highlight what you’re doing well so that you can repeat it across the organisation. We look at the materials, learning styles, delivery including verbal, sensory matters and training environment and more.

  • Across your candidate attraction process and methods, candidate management stages including filtering and interview, and also the onboarding stages, within the first 12 months, we assess for how all these elements are neuro-inclusive.

  • Whether it be a police station, a car park, an office, a retail unit, warehousing or somewhere else, we assess what is impairing neuro-inclusion, and highlight what you’re doing well. This includes navigation, sensory matters, flooring, windows, information and more.

  • We assess every policy and process within a team or business areas to ensure neuro-inclusivity. If we find any elements that hinder neuro-inclusion, we will share this with you and provide plenty of guidance on how to achieve complete neuro-inclusion. We will also identify and acknowledge what you are doing well, and offer guidance on how to replicate these elements for continued success.

  • Here we explore how you sell business to business. Each stage is assessed for its neuro-inclusion. We also assess the physical environments in addition to communication, paperwork, information systems and more.

  • Your products and services are assessed to understand how they are suitable or how they impair neuro-inclusion, whether in part or full. The products or services are whatever your organisation sells or performs to earn money.

Case study. Unlocking the door for neurodivergent talent.

The housing association were concerned at the employment disparity rate, of which they are a gatekeeper. They were also concerned about their workspaces and buildings, inclusive policies, practices, culture, documents and more, and so the neurodevelopmental condition audit was conducted.

The findings revealed where documents, workspaces and processes were to the detriment of neurodivergent colleagues and tenants.

Now this data has been acted upon, the outcome is an enhancement of the practices, buildings and culture. More neurodivergent talent are now able to find employment, and the housing association can market this as a success story.
