Meet our caring and fantastic highly knowledgeable Neuro Tide Ltd team

  • With a strong background in Cognitive Psychology, Neurodiversity, and Strategic Business Development, Bridget Killoury (MA, MSc, GradDip) is adept at seamlessly integrating neurodiversity into organisational cultures, policies, and practices. This approach not only fosters inclusive workplaces but also yields tangible business results.

Bridget's personal journey includes a late ADHD diagnosis at age 26, after navigating years of misdiagnoses within the GP system and encountering a lack of understanding regarding neurodivergent conditions. She emphasises the often-overlooked presentations of how neurodivergence manifests for different people. This pivotal experience motivated Bridget to redirect her career path to Psychology, where she actively advocates for a greater understanding of neurodivergent conditions, their strengths, and challenges.

Bridget Killoury (MA, MSc, GradDip) is also a Senior Consultant and volunteer for Neurodiversity in Business, specialising in utilising neurodiversity in the workplace to enhance innovation, productivity, and drive increased ROI.

Bridget is a Psychology MSc postgraduate, with a special interest in Behavioral Psychology and Biopsychology (Behavioral Neuroscience). She holds an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology, a Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health First Aid and Advocacy in the Workplace, and a Level 3 Certificate in Neurodiversity (Train the Trainer). Bridget uses her knowledge to help integrate neurodiversity into company culture, policies, and practices and supports organisations through the transition to a more neuro-inclusive workplace, addressing concerns and fostering buy-in.

Bridget is a creative, innovative, and deep thinker, which translates to both her advocacy work in the field of neurodiversity and inclusion and other passion projects such as researching, writing, and creating content that communicates complex information in simple formats.
